Levels of potassium, nitrogen and phosphorus, and PH vary depending on the material fed into the machine. Compost is an excellent organic fertilizer that can be used directly on plants once it has cooled down after the fermentation process is complete (2-3 days after the process).

The composter machines employ the most advanced and up-to-date technology to convert food waste. This is made possible by patented aerobic microbes to break down waste at a much faster speed than can be done by anaerobic microbes. These microbes are collected in high temperature regions and are carefully cultured and cultivated in a secure lab.

Composting Process
From Food Waste To Fertilizer In 24hrs

The technology used is based on aerobic fermentation at high temperatures above 75°C, which activate hyper thermophilic microorganisms.
Under the special conditions of moisture, aeration and temperature recreated by the machines, the hyper thermophilic microorganisms transform waste into pure compost in just 24 hours.
The process differs from conventional composting, which takes 40-120 days to complete the cycle.
The machines do not produce any harmful discharge or gas. The composters mimic the natural composting system, sped up through the use of our proprietary bacteria culture. It does not have grey water discharge, nor any harmful gasses.
